What is Maltose Powder?
Maltose powder is a white powder produced by double-enzyme hydrolysis of high-quality starch, decolorization, separation refining, concentration, and spray drying. Its main components are maltose and low-malt multimers. It has good fermentability and is used for Bread, pastry and beer manufacturing can delay the starch aging of pastries. It has good crystallization resistance and can be used in the manufacture of jams and jellies to prevent the precipitation of sucrose crystals and prolong the shelf life of products.
